* Timer stops when "NETNAVI LOGOUT" appears after winning the S Tournament
* Using turbo/autofire is not allowed
* If using emulator, list which emulator and what version
* During the run, using save states and speedup for any reason is not allowed
* You may not skip or lose or quit out of any tournaments
