Buster (Up) Only (Falzar) rules:
* Timer starts when "NEW GAME" is selected
* Timer stops when Falzar starts exploding
* A 1 time use of the "Buster Up" battle chip is permitted and necessary to get past the gate in Central 1.
No other chips or uses of "Buster Up" are allowed. Charging chips for any use is also not permitted.
* Using turbo/autofire is not allowed
* If using emulator, list which emulator and what version
* During the run, using save states and speedup for any reason is not allowed
* The Beast Link Gate is NOT allowed
