Drop the Bass (Falzar) rules:
• Timer starts when "NEW GAME" is selected
• Timer stops when "ENEMY DELETED" appears after Bass starts exploding
• Using turbo/autofire is not allowed
• If using emulator, list which emulator and what version
• During the run, using save states and speedup for any reason is not allowed
• The chips from the WiiU VC Network menu are allowed
